Efficient freight factoring with fast funding.
- Submit a completed application form. We charge application, setup, and due diligence fees.
- Your application is reviewed the same day it is submitted. If your application is approved you will receive an email containing the final documents to complete and thereby establish your account. These emailed documents are signed by our company President and Chief Executive Officer Byron Robinson.
- We use Docusign: to sign the contract electronically. You may submit your first invoices with the contract and setup documents if desired. A Notice of Assignment letter (see next section) to your customers is sent by us via Registered email.
- Advances: are provided within 24 hours of invoice submission via electronic funds transfer or bank wire. We establish a modest Escrow Reserve with a small temporary deduction from your advances to cover possible future unpaid or short-paid invoices.
- Freight Invoices: These are the invoices for the services rendered in transporting goods. They need to be clear, accurate, and verifiable.
- Proof of Delivery (POD): This document confirms that the goods were delivered to the recipient. It often includes signatures or stamps to validate the successful delivery.
- Carrier Rate Confirmations: These contain details about the agreed-upon rates between the carrier and the shipper for the transportation services.
- Aging Report: This report provides an overview of the outstanding invoices, indicating the duration for which they have been unpaid.
- Carrier Details and Authority: Information about the carrier, including its operating authority, insurance, and contact details, is essential for factoring.
- Load Confirmations: These documents outline the specifics of each load being transported, including pick-up and delivery details, commodities, weight, and other pertinent information.
