Accrue Factoring, Inc. operates as both a direct merchant and an Amazon Associate under the Amazon Associates Program. Our Shop Page includes merchandise and educational products offered by Accrue Factoring, Inc., and select affiliate merchants (including Amazon).
- Products sold and fulfilled by Amazon or third-party vendors are governed by Amazon’s own fulfillment and refund policies.
- Products sold and shipped directly by Accrue Factoring, Inc. follow the in-house policies outlined below.
Affiliate Products (Amazon Purchases)
If you purchase an item through our affiliate links that redirect you to Amazon, all order processing, shipping, returns, and refunds are handled exclusively by Amazon.com or its third-party sellers.

Accrue Factoring, Inc. cannot issue refunds, replacements, or exchanges for any purchases made through affiliate links.
Digital Products
All digital downloads, e-books, and Kindle materials sold directly by Accrue Factoring, Inc. are final sale and non-refundable.
Once payment is processed and access to the digital content is granted, refunds cannot be issued.
We encourage customers to review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Physical Products Shipped by Accrue Factoring, Inc.
Accrue Factoring, Inc. produces and ships select in-house physical merchandise and educational materials, including items related to:
- Freight brokerage
- Freight factoring (funders and brokers)
- Freight forwarding (import/export)
- Trucking operations
- Freight dispatching and logistics education
If you have purchased a physical product sold and shipped directly by Accrue Factoring, Inc., you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returned with proof of purchase.

Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Physical Products Sold via Affiliate Partners
If your purchase was fulfilled by Amazon or another affiliate merchant, please follow that retailer’s respective return and refund process. Accrue Factoring, Inc. does not manage or authorize refunds or exchanges for affiliate purchases.
